Antique Valenciennes lace strip, three pieces, c. 1900
A strip of antique Valenciennes lace, in three pieces, forming part of a single original piece. The decoration consists of a flower with a stem from which a smaller flower and three leaves emerge. The motif is repeated throughout the lace. The upper edge is undecorated. The lower edge is sinuous and decorated with petals. Some small antique stain which does not affect the whole.
Measurements of the three pieces: 250 x 10 cm, 79 x 10 cm and 76 x 10 cm; Total 405 x 10 cm. Good condition.
