Lady's parasol, Europe ca. 1930
Parasol for lady, European work circa 1930. Total height: 95.8 cm
Floral decoration based on pink, yellow and cream tones. With inscription on one of its spokes "FLUDE ABLE". Silk and satin gabardine. Golden metal ribs and spokes. Unlike the great majority of his contemporary parasols, this one presents a delicate work of decoration on the entire surface of the cane, from the tip to the handle, based on small mother-of-pearl-colored sheets that give elegance to the piece. The last third of the cane adds an embossed and gilded metal plate that embraces the entire perimeter of the cane, matching its pommel. Elegant set with very good preservation.
