Travel Poster Lambeth Bridge London Kenneth Steel British Railways. Original vintage railway carriage travel poster entitled London, Lambeth Bridge from a Water Colour by Kenneth Steel RBA SGA featuring a landscape view of Lambeth Bridge running across the River Thames with trees in front of the Houses of Parliament and the Big Ben clock tower (renamed the Elizabeth Tower in 2012) in the background, boats on the clear reflective water with the text on the margin below. This train carriage poster features a watercolour painting by the British painter and etcher Kenneth Steel (1906-1970). Horizontal. Good condition, foxing on margins, minor creasing. Country of issue: UK, designer: Kenneth Steel, size (cm): 25x51, year of printing: 1950s.
