Original vintage Chinese propaganda poster against colonial imperialism featuring a dynamic illustration of emotionally charged people striding forward armed with rifle guns and holding up flaming fire red torches against a red and orange background with smoke rising from a building in the distance, the quote in bold white lettering above reads - The evil system of colonialism and imperialism arose and throve with the enslavement of negroes and the trade in negroes, and it will surely come to its end with the complete emancipation of the black people. Mao Tse-Tung (1893-1976); Chairman Mao Zedong was a Chinese communist revolutionary and the founding father of the People's Republic of China PRC in 1949. This poster was printed in various languages for distribution abroad. Published by Shanghai People's Fine Arts Publishing House / Shanghai ren min mei shu chu ban she. Horizontal.
