GREEK PROTO GEOMETRIC HYDRIA - Ca. 600 - 400 BCA Greek proto-geometric pottery hydria with an elongated form and three applied loop handles. The corseted neck expands upwards to form a thick, flared rim. The pale orange-slipped exterior is accentuated with black and red-brown pigment on the body. A band of geometric motifs is present on the shoulders.
