EGYPTIAN BLUE FAIENCE TILE WITH CARTOUCHE OF SETHY II - Ca. 1199 - 1193 BCA fragment of faience tiles engraved with the cartouche with the throne name (Userkheperure-mery Amun) of the pharaoh Sethos II (1199 - 1193 BC) the fifth king of the XIXth Dynasty. These type of tiles were placed in the so called foundation deposit under the foundations of temples or tombs before construction began.
