ff. (6), 8, 72, 4.1 Vinograd, Frankfurt a/Main 179.

The Gaon Rabbi Gershon Koblenz was a disciple of Rabbi Jacob Reisher, author of Responsa 'Shevuth Yaakov'. He was a Dayan in Metz.
See Shevuth Yaakov, responsum no. 45 to Koblenz. Koblenz himself authored a volume of responsa, 'Kiryath Hannah' printed in Metz, 1785.
Rabbi Yaakov Weil, whose ownership inscrition appears in the Sefer, was possibly the grandson of Rabbi Yedidia Tia Weil - R. Yaakov (Yukev) Weil (d. 1851), an outstanding Torah scholar in Karlsruhe, author of Torat Shabbat and other works. However, it may have also been a different member of the family of the Korban Netanel.
The author Rabbi David Grunhut (d. 1723), a native of Frankfurt a/Main, was celebrated as a Talmudist, grammarian and Kabbalist. He served as Rabbi of several German communities, including Wiesbaden and Heimerdingen. See M. Horovitz, Frankfurter Rabbinen (1972) pp. 92-3; N.Z. Friedmann, Otzar HaRabanim 4746.
