Владимир Соломонович «Толстый» Котляров (1937-2013) — художник, поэт, актер, редактор и издатель литературно-художественного альманаха «Мулета» и газеты «Вечерний звон». В 1979 году эмигрировал во Францию, где основал художественное движение вивризм (от vivre-жить). В 1955 году изобрел новое направление в живописи: начал уничтожать деньги, расписывая политическими и философскими текстами и лозунгами, превращая банкноты в произведения искусства.
