[Gruen. 41 rubies]. A rare 18K gold minute repeating and split seconds chronograph wristwatch. - Dietrich Gruen (Gruen Watch Company), movement No. 42527, case No. 93725, circa. 1920s. - Diameter (case): 46 mm.
Description:
The case is made of 18K gold. Marks are on both lids: 1) "0.750", mark of trade company "HY Moser &Co", "women's head in kokochnik facing left", "93725"; 2) "18K", "women's head in kokochnik facing left", mark of trade company "HY Moser &Co", "93725". Engraved inscription on the inner lid: "Made to special order by DIETRICH GRUEN No. 42527". 41 rubies. White enamel dial with two sudsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 30 minute register, minute repeating on two gongs.
