Князь Борис Борисович Голицын (1862-1916) — физик из рода Голицыных, один из основоположников сейсмологии, геофизик, изобретатель первого электромагнитного сейсмографа (1906). Стоял у истоков термодинамики излучения. Тайный советник, гофмейстер (1908). Княгиня Мария Константиновна Голицына (урожденная Хитрово; 1866-1935) — жена Бориса Борисовича Голицына.
