Feldpostnachlass General Georg Wetzell, (General der Infanterie, 1869-1947, Pour le Merite mit Eichenlaub), über 230 FP-Briefe 1914-1918 als Major/Oberstleutnant im Stab III. Armeekorps, viel eigenhändig an seine Ehefrau Else, geb. Sachs, auch an Ihn selbst bzw. v. seine Söhnen im Leib-Grenadier-Rgt. nr. 8 bzw. IR nr. 48, auch Briefe seines Schwiegervaters Generalleutnant Oskar Sachs, Kdr. 22. Landwehr-Infanterie-Brigade, hochinterssanter Inhalt, Fundgrube

They are auctioned in the condition they are in at the time of the knockdown, with no guarantee for obvious or hidden defects or the presence of the properties described in the catalogue. Material properties are described based on visual inspection and experience. Only non-destructive testing methods are used (e.g. optical/UV/magnetic). Objects are generally not dismantled.
