Italian 833/1000 silver sugar bowl - Naples 1832-1872, mark of G. Iaccarino; ; resting on a circular foot, plain body with palmette decoration and lion's head side handles, the lid topped by a pine-cone, mercury-gilded interior. Stamped with the mark used by the guild of goldsmiths of Naples for a silver fineness of of 833/1000 or 10 ounces, 1832-1872, silversmith G. Iaccarino (Ref. Catello Elio e Corrado. Argenti napoletani dal XVI al XIX secolo). Diameter with handles 14 cm. Height 12 cm. Weight 402 gr. Item condition grading: **** good.
