Order of Sheikh Isa ibn Salman Al Khalifa
A complete group of Commander I Class: neck decoration as a silver star formed by stylized palms and towers; large, gilt silver centre bearing long inscription in arab calligraphy, a stylized, white enameled shell and, in the middle, the portrait of the Sheikh facing left, within outer circlet decorated with thin laurel
wreath and tiny rings; the reverse, with broad, convex countermedallion, this, struck with silver and maker's marks; round suspension ring and broad ribbon ring decorated with lozenges; original, ivory silk neck ribbon; breast star in silver, similar to the badge, same as the gilt silver centre with white enameled detail;
the medallion's outer circlet, enriched with pearls; "frosted" finished reverse, the countermedallio struck with silver and maker's marks, broad, vertical pin.
A very rare group, exclusively awarded to prominent, foreign personalities of the rank of minister or state's secretary, for signalled, exceptional merits; excellent condition.
