18K hunter cas case, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, seconds at the bottom. Movement with anchor escapement and remontoir winding. Hallmarked Geneva, Switzerland. The inner case bears the inscription: "N° 105572 - Fabricado especialmente para el General Josè Dolores Rios - por - Patek Philippe Y C".General José Dolores Rios (Ciales, Puerto Rico 1843 - N415.
Diameter 5 mm. Weight 105.5 gr.
