WW2 Royal Navy X-Craft veteran John Lorimer who attacked Tirpitz signed 10 x 8 inch colour submarine photo Commander John Lorimer took part in the raid that crippled the Tirpitz, In a miniature submarine, otherwise known as an X-Craft, he managed to plant his mine before being detected, forced to surface and captured He was being interrogated on board Tirpitz when his mine went off! The raid was commemorated in a fine movie called Above Us the Waves. Good condition. All autographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
