The painting was produced from sketches and paintings en plein air in Paris. It is impressionistic in style and is professionally varnished and framed in a neutral wood frame. Hilary is a British Artist and has been painting and exhibiting her artwork from an early age and is now a professional artist. Over the years she has achieved many accolades for her work her most memorable being Best in Show at The Great North Art Show in 2018 in the Magnificent Cathedral in Ripon She has tutored art courses in Snowdonia, Wales and in County Clare, Ireland and has taught at the local primary school on a voluntary basis. She currently volunteers at a local Nursing Home for the elderly and those with mobile impairment.She owns her own small, private gallery, The Frog Bank Gallery in Northern England where she exhibits her work. She also has paintings nationally selling through various galleries in the UK.
