This is a certified and appraised 14 karat white gold genuine blue star sapphire and natural diamond ring. The 25.90 carat oval blue sapphire exhibits a stunning star and is bezel-set in a halo of .40 carats round, brilliant-cut diamonds set in milgrain bezels. The ring has a fancy under gallery and is hallmarked "Oscar Friedman". It is US size 7.
