This is a certified and appraised 18 karat white gold genuine ruby and natural diamond ring. The focus of this contemporary ring is a 1.03 carat round, brilliant-cut diamond that is bezel set in a halo of 1.65 carats of trapezoid shaped rubies and and outer bezel of .74 carats round, brilliant-cut, near colorless, VS clarity diamonds in milgrain frames. The ring is US size 6.75 and bears the hallmark "Oscar Friedman". This ring can be resized for an additional $75, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it.
