London Blue topaz and diamond ring. The approximate 3.50 carat pear-shaped London blue topaz is prong-set in a ribbon of gold with a sash of approximately .10 carats round, brilliant-cut diamonds on the side. The ring is US size 8. This ring can be resized for an additional $75, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it. This is a preowned item in excellent condition.
