A LARGE BOOK OF GOSPELS WITH A SILVER-GILT AND ENAMEL BINDING Russian, Moscow, 1804 The cover chased with foliage and applied at the center with the Anastasis, the corners with the four Evangelists, each plaque bordered by paste. The reverse chased with the enthroned Mother of God. Marked with city hallmark, assayer’s mark, aslderman’s mark, master’s mark and 84 standard. 47.5 x 32.2 cm.
