A LARGE SILVER-GILT AND NIELLO ARTOPHORION Russian, Moscow, 1806 The upper part terminating in ogee form and topped by the Resurrection of Christ. The sides showing the Annunciation, the Flagellation of Christ, the Entombment and the Arma Christi. Marked with city hallmark, assayer’s mark, 84 standard and master’s mark ‘AIL’ in Cyrillic. Minor dents. 55 cm high, 927 gr.
