Multicolor offset lithograph, based on a design by Franz Theodor Würbel (1858 Vienna - 1941 Berlin), published by the Reichsbahn headquarters for German travel, athlete with wreath of honor, Olympic rings, Brandenburg Gate with Quadriga and inscription Berlin-1936 Aug. 1 - 16 Olympic Games ..., with RB on the lower left edge, marking Würbel, Berlin, lower left, approx. The poster is an original notice for the purpose of neutral advertising for the 1936 Summer Olympics in Germany. The sheet has puncture holes at the corners for attachment as well as smaller tears and tears, a fold in the middle and a vertical tear approx. 28 cm long starting from the lower end. Some of the tears have been stabilized, otherwise the rare poster is in an authentic, age-related good, restored overall condition.
