1862 Tempelhof - 1935 Berlin - Schmied - Bronze. Schwarzbraun patiniert. Schwarzweißer Marmorsockel. H. o./m. Sockel: 37/45,4 cm. Auf der Standfläche sign.: Iffland. Rückseitig auf der Schmalseite der Standfläche mit Plakette. Sockel minim. best. - Lit.: Th.-B. VIII, S. 549. Bekannter Berliner Bildhauer. Schuf zahlreiche Porträtbüsten und Genrefiguren, oft mit mythologischem Hintergrund. Iffland war u.a. auf zahlreichen Berliner Akademieausstellungen, der Internationalen Ausstellung 1891 und der Grossen Kunstausstellung in Berlin vertreten.
