Große Vase. Unbekannte Glashütte, nach 1900 (Form und Dekor).
Large vase
Unknown glassworks, after 1900 (shape and decoration) Colorless glass with green crown fusions. Wound with silver-yellow threads and distorted into an irregular wave pattern. Mold-blown and shaped: triple folded lip rim and triple slightly depressed shoulder. Polished outline. Iridescent surface. H. 15 cm, D. 26 cm. - Lit.: Compare Georg Höltl (ed.). Bohemian Glass 1700-1950. vol. IV Art Nouveau in Bohemia. Passau Glass Museum. No. IV.387 (form) and IV.388 (decoration). The glass type is similar to works from the Loetz glassworks, Klostermühle.
