***Auction Highlight*** 1882 $20 National Currency Date Back The National Bank Of Commerce Of Norfolk, VA Grades vf++. These notes show a man with a rifle and woman holding a flag. More specifically the left scene shows the Battle of Lexington and the woman is Columbia leading procession. The back of these blue seals has the years 1882 and 1908 written on it. Because of that, they are known as 1882 date backs.
