***Auction Highlight*** 1801 BD-2 Draped Bust $10 Gold Eagle Graded ms62 details By SEGS. Up fo auction is a super 1801 $10 Draped Bust Gold Eagle. Later obverse die state, with "spines" in the cap. The 1801 BD-2 early eagle is a popular variety. The present MS62 details example is reflective and somewhat proof like, showing a few light, insignificant marks that constitute the grade. Some very faint hairlines on the obverse are the only possible reason for the details designation, and I can easily see it in a straight ms62 holder. The strike is quite sharp overall, save for minor weakness on the fletching's and left shield border at the lower reverse. A Corey's Pick, Bid to Win, Don't let it get Away, you might not find its equal Coin. I give this coin my highest recommendation
