Dvar Shmuel responsa by Rabbi Shmuel Aboab. Venice, 1702. First edition.
On the title page of the book, the handwritten signature of Rabbi Ya'akov Ha'Cohen of Prague. This signature is the well-known one of the prominent Rabbi Ya'akov Ha'Cohen Poppers (1670-1740), Av Beit Din of Frankfurt am Mein, author of the "Shav Ya'akov".

The signature of the "Shav Ya'akov" is slightly hidden by the stamp of Rabbi Chaim Heller.
Additional signatures and stamps of Rabbi Chaim Heller (1879-1960), author of "Sefer Ha'Mitzvot" and "Le'Chikrei Halachot").
