Bibliographic Discovery: Talmud, Berachot – Hamburg, 1713, with a Latin Translation
The Berachot tractate of the Babylonian Talmud. Hamburg, 1713. A special edition that contains a Latin translation and commentary by Georg Elazar Edzard, with comments and discussions on the commentators of the Talmud.
A part of the title page is in red ink.
Extremely rare! This special edition does not exist in the National Library and is not listed by the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book. It is most likely that the copy before us is the only copy on the world of this edition that had survived.
[14], 290, [10] pp.
Condition: Good. Time stains. Natural wear. Late binding.
