A Letter of Greeting with the handwriting and Signature of the Rebbe Rabbi Ya'akov Leiser of Prshevorsk – 1984
Letter of recommendation on the Rebbe's official stationery written by the Meshamesh Ba'kodesh Rabbi Meshulam Zilberman.
Under this letter, the Rebbe added two lines of greetings, handwritten and signed by him.
The Rebbe Rabbi Ya'akov Leiser of Prshevorsk (1907-1996) lived in Antwerp, Belgium and started leading the community after the death of his father-in-law, the Rebbe Rabbi Itzikel Gvirtzman of Prshevorsk. He was known as a great Torah and Halacha scholar and as most knowledgeable in Hassidic stories.
