HISTORY - DUROC Michel (1772 - 1813) - Autograph letter signed - Napoleonica - Military school at Pont-à-Mousson, then artillery school at Châlon. He distinguished himself in Italy, wounded at the battle of Isonzo, and followed Napoleon in the Egyptian campaign. Grand Cross of the Legion of Honour. On his return to France, he was the emperor's diplomat, with special responsibility for his personal security. Autograph letter signed, dated Paris, 24.02.1808: ”Le Grand Maréchal du Palais certifie que M.
