Dog hunter
circa 1880, wedge-shaped blade with fullers on both sides, a round, punched guard with an ornamented M under a crown, the quillons in the shape of opposing hooves coming out of a dog's mouth on the left and right, grip ring decorated with oak leaves, horn grip, grip cap hallmarked and decorated with oak leaves, leather scabbard with mouth plate and lug band, these richly ornamented and decorated with hunting motifs, an acorn as carrying hook, small by-knife (19 cm), Z 2, L total. 55 cm.
