2nd half of the 20th century, central scene of the traditional battle between the Achaemenid king Shahriar and a lion, modelled on the stone reliefs in the three palaces of Persepolis, framed by an ornamental border, the fringe trim shortened, otherwise in good condition with signs of age, 85 x 60 cm.
