Olympic Games Tapestry
Designed by Otto Baumgärtel on the occasion of the 1936 Berlin Games, unsigned, titled and inscribed in Cyrillic, long rectangular model with woven city view showing the sights of the capital such as the cathedral and Berlin Palace, but also a figural staffage typical of the period, original hanging loops, fringe trim, slight signs of age, dimensions 75 x 170 cm.
