circa 1880, yellow gold assayed 585/1000, set with a finely cut shell cameo, on this the head of a young female warrior, surrounded by numerous seed pearls (two missing), also to be worn as a pendant, slight signs of wear, dimensions 43 x 35 mm, g approx. 13.7 g.
