Fine Biedermeier mirror
German, c. 1820, walnut burl veneered on coniferous wood, edges and mouldings ebonised, slender pillar mirror, in the upper quarter relief gilded depiction of an angel with a garland of blossoms on a column, behind original mouth-blown pane, in the plinth area corresponding depiction, in front with retouched break, back panel renewed, dimensions 114 x 37 cm.
