Jardiniere Art Nouveau
dated 1909, unmarked, pewter cast, as cachepot with removable brass insert, Britannia metal silver-plated and oxidised, of elongated rectangular form with intertwined geometric reliefs, squared-off handles and rose vines, on the sides half plastic women's heads in relief (one missing), inscription "Zur Erinnerung an die Freunde und Kollegen des Meranerhof 15. V. 09", signs of age and wear, one hairline crack, dimensions insert 46 x 12.4 cm, total L 56.5 cm.
