Porzellanfabrik Unger & Schilde Gera-Roschütz, black stamp 1906-1935 with inscription Altenburg Saxony, naturalistic execution in so-called marble porcelain with pastel-toned onglaze painting in marble look, on rectangular pedestal with bevelled corners dynamic depiction of the abduction of a struggling young woman by a warrior with cloth drapery and helmet, probably mythological scene of the Rape of the Sabine shortly after the founding of the city of Rome, one woman's leg and one man's toe glued, h 39 cm.
