Fratscher (20)03 35/90", minimal signs of age, dimensions of the image ca. 76,5 x 68 cm, dimensions of the sheet ca. 78,5 x 70 cm. Artist info: German graphic artist (1944 Rendsburg to 2009 Buchholz), 1964-68 studied at the Fachhochschule für Gestaltung Hamburg, 1968-69 master student at the Fachhochschule für Gestaltung Hamburg, since 1971 active as freelance painter and graphic artist, source: Lot-tissimo and Internet.
