Chest portrait of a nobly dressed elderly gentleman in brocade justaucorps with cloak overcoat and luxuriant allonge wig, in half profile in front of a dark ground, glazed, partially slightly impasto painting, oil on canvas, c. 1700, unsigned, craquelure, doubled, restored, framed in old gold stucco moulding, folding dimensions c. 73.5 x 56 cm.
