probably England, circa 1930, silver-plated metal, finely engraved, laterally ribbed pen tray with integrated cigarette case, lighter (Ronson, in need of repair), pen holder and rotating date display, mounted a hinged clock, this conditionally functional, strong signs of age (tarnished) as well as signs of use, l 30.5 cm.
