KPM Berlin picture plate "Sissi"
2nd half of the 20th century, Press mark from 1825, mint number 3 and further mint marks as well as handwritten inscription (hidden behind fixed paper), oval domed porcelain plate with fine onglaze painting, breast piece of Empress Elisabeth of Austria (1837-1898), after the famous portrait by Franz Schrotzenberg (1811-1889), signed lower right, partly hidden, F(elix) Scherf, Lauscha porcelain painter (born 1954), mounted in gold moulding behind passepartout of gold coloured velvet, otherwise very good condition, dimensions plate 17,5 x 13 cm, dimensions frame 31 x 26 cm.
