Two woodcuts and linocuts, respectively, Maria um Jesus trauernd and "Der Scheintote", as well as five pencil cuts, c. 1920, each signed by hand lower right "O. Nückel", partly minimally browned, each mounted under passepartout, size of depiction max. c. 15 x 12 cm. Artist's info: German painter, graphic artist and caricaturist (1888 Cologne to 1955 Cologne), initially studied medicine in Freiburg im Breisgau, moved to Munich and intensively occupied himself with drawing and painting, member of the Munich Secession and the artists' group 7 Munich Painters, as one of the first artists occupied with the pencil cut, was active as a caricaturist for Simplicissimus, Der Simpl, Jugend and Ping-Pong, Source: Wikipedia and Thieme-Becker.
