An energetically stroked colour-intensive non-representational composition, colour serigraph on Fabriano handmade paper, 2013, signed on the reverse in lead "Grabmayr" on the right and inscribed "H.C." on the left, embossed stamp "C" on the right and embossed stamp "Hilger Edition" on the left in the lower corners of the sheet, sheet dimensions approx. 84 x 58.2 cm. Artist's info: Austrian artist (1927 Pfaffenberg/Carinthia to 2015 Vienna), worked as a secondary school teacher, 1952 first participation in an exhibition at the Künstlerhaus Klagenfurt, from 1954 studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna with Robin Christian Andersen, 1966 gave up teaching, 1967-69 assistant to Gustav Hessing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, 1970 six-month stay in Venice, in the late 1960s created his first dance pictures, 1984 awarded the title of professor, source: Wikipedia.
