Entwurf 1790 für Royal Copenhagen auf Bestellung des dänischen Königs Christian VII., unterglasurblaue Wellen- und grüne Stempelmarke 1923-1934, gepinselte Form- und Dekornummer sowie lateinische Bezeichnung "Ortyx virinianus.", flach gemuldete Form mit reichem ornamentalen und goldstaffiertem Reliefdekor am gezackten Rand, im Spiegel Landschaftsdarstellung mit einer Wachtel in feiner polychromer Aufglasurbemalung, Motiv kaum sichtbar kratzspurig, sonst guter Zustand, D 26 cm.

Designed in 1790 for Royal Copenhagen on order of the Danish King Christian VII, underglazed blue wavy and green stamp 1923-1934, brushed form and decoration number as well as Latin inscription "Ortyx virinianus.", flat moulded form with rich ornamental and gold decorated relief decoration on the serrated rim, in the mirror landscape depiction with a quail in fine polychrome onglaze painting, motif barely visible scratched, otherwise good condition, D 26 cm.
