vorfrühlingshafter Blick über Gärten im hellen Sonnenlicht zur Fabrik und Mietskasernen am Horizont, wohl Motiv aus Berlin-Zehlendorf, wo Felixmüller von 1967 bis zu seinem Tod 1977 lebte, duftige Mischtechnik (Pastellkreide und Gouache) in freundlicher Farbigkeit, rechts unten signiert und datiert "C. Felixmüller 1971", hinter Glas und Passepartout gerahmt, Passepartoutausschnitt ca. 45 x 42 cm.
Künstlerinfo: eigentlich Conrad Felix Müller, bedeutender dt. Maler und Graphiker (1897 Dresden bis 1977 Berlin-Zehlendorf), 1911 kurzzeitig Musikstudium, studierte ab 1912 an der Kunstakademie Dresden bei Ferdinand Dorsch, 1914 Meisterschüler von Carl Bantzer, 1919 Gründungsmitglied und Präsident der Dresdner Sezession, zahlreiche Ehrungen, unter anderem 1920 Rompreis, 1931 Sächsischer Staatspreis für Malerei, 1933-45 als “entartet” verfemt, 1949-62 Professur an der Universität Halle, Mitglied im Reichsverband Bildender Künstler Deutschlands, im Deutschen Künstlerbund und in der Berliner Sezession, tätig in Dresden, Halle, Tautenhain und ab 1961 in Berlin, 1967 Übersiedlung nach West-Berlin (Zehlendorf), Quelle: Vollmer, Dressler und Internet.
