1. Hälfte 20. Jh., Pressmarke mit Schriftzug Meissen, Zusatz Made in Germany und Prägenummern, in Graphit bezeichnet "C. Spitzweg/Der arme Poet/Cop. E. Wenzel/Handgemalt", querformatige Fliese mit feiner polychromer Aufglasurbemalung, Darstellung eines Mannes in einer ärmlichen Dachstube, umgeben von zahlreichen Büchern, nach dem berühmten Motiv von Carl Spitzweg (1808-1885), unten rechts monogrammiert EW, in profilierter Silberleiste, guter Zustand, Maße Platte ca. 12 x 15 cm, Maße Rahmen 19 x 22 cm.

1st half of the 20th century, mould mark with Meissen lettering, addition Made in Germany and embossed numbers, inscribed in graphite "C. Spitzweg/Der arme Poet/Cop. E. Wenzel/Handgemalt", horizontal tile with fine polychrome overglaze painting, depicting a man in a poor attic room surrounded by numerous books, after the famous motif by Carl Spitzweg (1808-1885), monogrammed EW lower right, in profiled silver moulding, good condition, dimensions of the tile approx. 12 x 15 cm, dimensions of the frame 19 x 22 cm.
