Susanna im Bade, subtil erotische pastose, impressionistische Aktmalerei mit breitem Pinselduktus in zurückhaltender Farbigkeit, Öl auf Leinwand, um 1920, links unten signiert "L. Angerer", rückseitig auf dem Keilrahmen nochmals signiert und betitelt "Ldg. Angerer »Susanne«" sowie altes Etikett "Künstlerbund »Isar« e.V. München ...", geringe Craquelure, Druckstelle, gering restaurierungsbedürftig, in älterer Goldstuckleiste in Zweitverwendung gerahmt, Falzmaße ca. 91 x 90 cm. Künstlerinfo: österreichischer Maler, Zeichner und Gebrauchsgraphiker sowie Kirchenmaler und Kunstpädagoge (1891 Thalheim bei Wels in Oberösterreich bis nach 1949), zunächst Schüler der Städtischen Gewerbeschule München, studierte ab 1911 an der Münchner Akademie bei Peter von Halm und Carl von Marr, 1914 Ehrung mit dem Defregger-Stipendium für sein Gemälde "Sintflut", anschließend freischaffend in München, unternahm Studienreisen nach Österreich und Italien, Mitarbeiter der Monatshefte des Verlags "Velhagen & Klasings", ab 1922 Mitarbeiter einer privaten Malschule in München, beschickte den Münchner Glaspalast und 1938-44 die Große Deutsche Kunstausstellung im Haus der Deutschen Kunst München, Mitglied der Münchner Künstlergenossenschaft und im Münchner Künstlerbund "Isar" e.V., meldete sich per 10.10.1949 von München nach Olching-Geiselbullach/Landkreis Fürstenfeldbruck ab, Quelle: Vollmer, AKL, Saur "Bio-Bibliographisches Künstlerlexikon", Matrikel der Münchner Akademie, Dressler, Österreichisches Künstlerlexikon, Bruckmann "Münchner Maler des 19./20.
