Diese nicht signierte Replikation eines antiken römischen Cornu, auch Buccina oder Bucina genannt, wurde wohl im späten 19. bis frühen 20. Jh. gefertigt. Das Instrument ist verwandt mit dem Naturhorn und fand in der römischen Armee Verwendung. Ursprünglich als langes Bronzerohr gebaut, entwickelte es sich zu einem Instrument, welches der Spieler (”Buccinator” oder ”Bucinator” genannt) um den Körper geschlungen trägt.
