Brown ink, watercolor, pencil on paper, according to the inscription on the cardboard on the back: *Original by Alexander Calame, probably design for the "Storm on the Handeck" in the Geneva Art Museum, auctioned by Stuker on December 7th, 1949, catalog no. 220: "Bergbach".
