תוכן: מכתב בקשת סטרפיקט – רשיון עליה לארץ ישראל עבור אחיינו מלאדז', ממוען לאחיינו רבי שלום צבי דז'לובסקי ז"ל מחשובי חסידי סטריקוב בירושלים.
למכתב הצטרף גם בנו רבי יצחק מנחם הכהן, אשר מוסיף בזה"ל: "בקשתי .. אך למותר, כי לנצר מגזע אבא הצדיק אמיתי כידוע לכל העולם בטח יעשה כל האפשרויות הנחוצים..".
